Are you having a party with 15 pax or more? Not sure what to expect? Here's what you need to know!
Our packages are designed to cater for birthday celebrations for 15 or less. Majority of the time, this is a comfortable number to work with, and most importantly every one still gets taken care of.
When catering to any more than 15 pax, an extra pair of hands on site makes a big difference and you will also need more activities to keep children occupied. Here’re some recommendations to consider.
Side Entertainment / Fringe Activities
Here’s a quick estimate on how many pax each activity can cater for within an hour
Balloon Sculpting – 15 – 20 pax within an hour
Glitter Tattoo – 15 – 20 pax within an hour
Face Painting – 10 – 15 pax within an hour
Caricature – 10 – 12 pax within an hour
Depending on the interaction, situation and design requested on site, some activities may not be able to cater to all 20 within an hour.
When catering to any more than 20 pax, we recommend having at least 2 of these side entertainment so that children have different activities to cater for.

1:30pm – 2:00pm Magic Show (30 minutes)

15 – 20 pax estimate (since some guests may have silbings coming along, it’s always best to cater for more than less)

2:00pm – 2:30pm Magic Show (30 minutes)
2:30pm – Cake Cutting Hosting
20 – 25 pax estimate

Workshops / Pool Parties
Since hands on activities involved almost a 1 to 1 attention (much like in schools), a workshop catering to any more than 10 pax will likely require an assistant on site. The ratio of children to staff should roughly be 1:10.
For pool parties, because of our insurance contract, the number of staff to children should be within 1:5.
This is why even with a single additional child, the additional top up cost may be substantial.
Nevertheless we are thankful that clients who decide to opt for an additional staff on site has always been more than grateful that they did after seeing the amount of work involved managing the children!
Additional Charges Involved
Having a smaller celebration offers a personal and intimate experience where everyone still gets to connect and have a good time.
When catering for more, it’s important to have enough entertainment so that everyone is catered for.
