3 REASONS NOT TO BOOK OUR BOUNCY CASTLES
Just as important, (perhaps more so) here’re why you should think twice about booking a castle from us (or any other vendor for that matter).
1. Outdoor Unsheltered Venue
If you’re having an outdoor party with no sheltered area for the bouncy castle, it will be a waste in case of wet weather. It will also be dangerous to continue any play time even during a drizzle. If you prefer having the castle outdoor without shelter, you have to be aware that there are no refunds or last-minute postponement options because of the rain.
2. Safety Considerations
Like any public playground or pool facility, bouncy castles are safe when used properly under supervision. Children playing on bouncy castles tend to get boisterous when having fun, and there’s always a chance of collisions, bumps, and bruises. As long as responsible adults maintain crowd control and ensure that the castle is not overcrowded the chances of accidents will be minimized.
Our bouncy castles are heavy-duty commercial-grade units that are manufactured for the commercial rental market. The blowers for our bouncy castles are durable and can run continuously for many hours. Red cushion mats are provided at appropriate entrances and exits around the castle. Should you still have safety considerations, there are always other entertainment options to consider.

All dimensions of our bouncy castles are as stated below. Hirers will need to ensure that they have sufficient space based on the measurements indicated. One should only proceed with a request after confirming that there will be enough space on site.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do i need to supply for your Bouncy Castles?
With the exception of our toddler ball pit, we will need power supply from a 3 pin plug outlet within 10 meters from wherever you decide to place the castle.
We will also need to have sufficent space to set up the castle and you can check on the space requirements based on the bouncy castle dimensions stated above.
Can I have my castle set up indoors?
Yes you can! All our bouncy castles are well within ceiling heights. We have had our bouncy castles set up in many private homes & function halls too. That said it very much depends on how much room your venue has available. All dimensions of our bouncy castles are as stated above, so with the length and width of the space available, you can decide which castle will fit best into that area.
Can I have my equipment for longer than originally quoted for?
Yes of course! Kids would be happy to have them all day long, but we typically recommend having the castle for a 3 – 4 hours period. This is generally how long every party would last. Extension charges are available at +$30 – $60 per for every additional hour. If you’re considering a full day rental, do get in touch to find out your options!
How safe are your bouncy castles?
Like any public playground equipment, a bouncy castle is safe when used under proper supervision. Children playing on bouncy castles can get rowdy when having fun, and there’s always a chance of collisions, bumps and bruises playing with mixed age groups. With responsible adult supervision to maintain crowd control, the chances of accidents can be minimized.
Our bouncy castles are also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with Dettol anti-bacteria and disinfectant before and after every engagement.
Our bouncy castles are made of heavy-duty commercial-grade units which are manufactured, according to strict safety regulations for the commercial rental market. They do not scratch or tear easily like bouncy castles made for personal use. We do not shy away from the fact that we are not the cheapest bouncy castle rental option you come across because all our equipments are top quality goods for commercial use which not every company offers.
What if it rains on the day of our event and we have to cancel?
We strongly advice having all castles placed indoors or within sheltered area as the weather in Singapore can be unpredictable. Even without the rain, playing under the scorching sun for hours may not be ideal.
In the event of rain, clients are advice to switch off the castle immediately and shift it under shelter. Kids can continue play after the rain.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds should it rain in an outdoor event as we have to pay for committed manpower and transportation expenses.
Can I change the bouncy castle I've reserved?
This is a possiblity if you contact us at least 2 days before your event. We aim to provide you with the best service and whenever possible allow for a change for your choice of bouncy castle. However, because we only have one of every castle, your preferred options will be dependent on availablity.
Is it too late to book?
It’s never too late to have fun! Our huge selection of bouncy castles and entertainment options allow us to almost always cater for your event and keep the little ones entertained in one way or another.
